The job of asset forfeiture is quite new for the officers involved in the enforcement of narcotics laws. As this job requires development of a speciallised skill set , providing proper training to the officers is of utmost importance. A complete training module has been developed by this office for benefit of senior,supervisory and executive level of the enforcement departments. The training module consists of manuals ,case studies and power point presentations. There are two manuals covering the topic in deail.The power point presentatitions have been prepared in three parts.In first part the overview of the activity is explained ,in second part the finer details of the activity is explained and in the third part the method to carry out a financial investigation is explained. This module has been used to train officers of various departments like Police, Customs, CBN,NCB etc. The module has been found to be very useful by trainees in enhancing their skillsets required for carrying out asset forfeiture work.

A request for this training module can be sent to this office. Providing training to concerned officers in a group of 30 to 40 officers is also taken up by this office. Request for providing group training may also be sent to this office.
